Use Mailform to turn a PDF to snail mail. In the past, you would have to buy a printer, print out your pdf, buy stamps, envelopes, and head to the post office. Today, you just need to head over to Mailform and you can send any PDF via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Certified Mail. We've made it possible to turn a PDF to snail mail from the comfort of your home or office - you can do it all right from your browser.
Here's how:
- Head over to www.mailform.io to upload your PDF
- Press ‘NEXT’ - on the next screen, you'll select the recipient's name and address
- Press 'NEXT' - on the following screen, we'll ask for your return address, in case the recipient's no longer available.
- Select from several customization options. By default, Mailform sends your PDF via USPS First Class Mail. However, you can send your PDF by USPS Certified Mail - we'll include a tracking link. You can also choose to print single vs. double sided, in color vs black and white, or with a return envelope (perfect for invoices).
