Last May, we launched Mailform to enable you to send your documents and forms from your browser. We built it to solve our pain points: as individuals we have a few documents a year that we typically still have to send in the mail. Typically to government agencies, or businesses that require you to mail or fax something. Some examples include:
1. IRS Form 8822 B: Change of Business Address
2. IRS Section 83(B) Filing: For founders and entrepreneurs to make tax elections
- Invoices, Rebates, and other documents & PDFs required by private companies to be sent via USPS.
Mailform was perfect for sending one (or many) document(s) to one person, and over the past year, we have helped tons of people send one-time documents and save themselves a trip to the post office. In the process, we discovered an even bigger problem: businesses that have to process physical mail, often spending hours each month printing paper, sticking stamps and licking envelopes. So today, we’re launching bulk mail. With bulk mail, you can do a few more things that you couldn’t before:
- Send one document to many addresses/recipients.
- Send many documents to many addresses/recipients.
